You'll get 2 hours of teaching, discussion, and tasting. We'll talk about the process from seed to harvest to roasting to your cup, learn about all the steps along the way that can influence flavor, learn about extraction and brewing technique, and get to taste coffees from around the world. 

Please come with questions, curiosity, and eagerness to learn! And don't drink too much coffee that morning!
